Founded in 2013 on an engineering-based technical infrastructure, Kuzey Makine transfers more than 12 years of actual production experience and more than 20 years of professional management experience to industrial projects that require high reliability. Planning, projecting, welded manufacturing, assembly, quality control and shipping processes are carried out within an integrated and traceable production system.

We operate with a 5,268 m² closed production facility in our 10,000 m² campus in Sivas Ahmet Turangazi Organized Industrial Zone. Our annual metal processing capacity of 5,100 tons; We aim to take it to a further level with the planned 10,000 m² production area and the allocated 15,000 m² new land investment. In addition, our workshops with a total area of ​​750 m² in 4 Eylül Industrial Site support our production capability.

Our technical management structure; It brings together Mechanical Engineering, International Welding Engineering (IWE), Class A Occupational Health and Safety expertise, VT-2 Non-Destructive Testing and periodic maintenance and control disciplines in the same organization. Thanks to our E1 Class Building Contractor Authorization Certificate, we have the corporate competence to manage the construction processes of industrial buildings, production facilities and auxiliary structures in accordance with the legislation, in a controlled and timely manner.

We work in an integrated production ecosystem with eight support production companies located in the same organized industrial zone as our main facility. This structure; It ensures that semi-finished product flow, welded manufacturing inspections, instant quality controls and shipping processes are managed with low logistics costs, high traceability and sustainable quality.

ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety, ISO 3834-2 welded manufacturing quality requirements, EN 1090-2 steel structure manufacturing, EN 15085-2 railway vehicles welded manufacturing competence, TSE Service Qualification Certificate and ECM maintenance competence support the reliability of our production infrastructure.

From freight wagon chassis and bogie manufacturing to heavy steel construction; We have a wide range of production capabilities, from pressure components and piping applications in energy facilities to vehicle-mounted equipment. In defense industry and public projects, we develop solutions that require high strength and field suitability, such as UAIS military vehicle transport wagon, rocket and missile storage containers, ammunition storage cabinets, portable living spaces, field and health structures.
